Challenge
The NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business has struggled with fragmented communication, siloed information, and inconsistent workflows across programming, partnerships, research, and marketing. Creative and communications efforts were often reactive, which often made it difficult to scale initiatives, maintain clear messaging, and support long-term growth, particularly during a period of internal restructuring, broader aversion to sustainability initiatives due to geopolitical tensions, and leadership transition.
Solution
I developed Airtable-based systems for campaign management, analytics tracking, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, and onboarding, while also producing 80+ branded multimedia assets supporting sustainability initiatives, partnerships, and student programming. My work combined operations, strategy, and creative storytelling to improve efficiency, alignment, and audience engagement across the organization.

Strategic Systems & Workflow Design
I designed scalable operational systems that centralized fragmented organizational information into structured workflows for campaign management, analytics tracking, approvals, onboarding, and long-term content operations. I translated abstract sustainability concepts, research initiatives, and organizational programming into visually cohesive and strategically aligned multimedia assets. I also developed strong capabilities in art direction, visual systems thinking, campaign cohesion, and audience-centered design across digital platforms.
