As an artist, I am deeply inspired by the intersection of music, arts, and fashion—mediums that continually shape and influence one another. My work celebrates culturally memorable moments in pop culture and the natural forms of textiles and fabrics. Using watercolour pens, acrylic paints, and bold, bright mediums, I aim to capture the essence of each collection with a distinctive, personal touch.

Earth tones, metallics, and the textures of fabric are central to my artistic language, as are the visual narratives and moments of inspiration I encounter through daily life, such as people-watching, natural landscapes, and iconic fashion events like the Met Gala and New York Fashion Week. By focusing on realism, I emphasize the intricate forms and textures of clothing- its folds, reflections, and tactile qualities- against intentionally minimalist backgrounds. These negative spaces evoke emotion, harmony, and stillness, allowing the subject’s beauty, expression, and attire to take centre stage.

Fashion, for me, is not just about aesthetics. It’s a dynamic language that bridges culture, individuality, and tradition. It allows me to communicate emotions and ideas that might otherwise go unspoken. My work focuses on capturing the textures, forms, and details of clothing while creating evocative compositions that emphasize both the subject and their environment. I strive to evoke a sense of harmony and connection through my use of bold colors, value and hue contrasts in the backgrounds, and deliberate attention to detail.

By combining vibrant colour palettes with intentional simplicity, I aim to evoke emotion and direct focus to the subject’s beauty, expression, and sculptural/plastic form and aesthetic relevance. My work bridges fashion and culture, celebrating their interconnectedness while immortalizing fleeting yet impactful moments in time. By blending realism, cultural commentary, and design statements, I strive to create work that is both visually captivating and thought-provoking, bridging the worlds of art, fashion, and aesthetic.
